Surely you have also at least once encountered these disputes, which salad is better – crab or olivier. But why go over the extremes if you can always find a compromise. That is why today I propose to cook olivier with crab sticks.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 240 g
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green peas - 5 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs, carrots and potatoes, and let everything cool down.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and add the peas.
Mix the olivier and season it with mayonnaise.
