Canned fish certainly cannot be called a traditional ingredient of Thai cuisine. But, despite this, they make an excellent base for spicy and savory salads with vegetables, chili and favorite spices.
Ingredients
- Canned fish - 2 banks
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Chili pepper - 3 pieces
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mint - 4 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cucumbers into strips, and cut the cherry in half.
Chop garlic, chili, mint and onion.
Add canned fish and part of the marinade to taste.
Sprinkle the salad with sesame oil.
