Ingredients
- Carrots (sweet) – 250 g
- Beans (boiled or canned) – 250 g
- Green peas - 150 g
- Corn - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the carrots into circles or halves of circles.
Boil the green peas for a minute if they are frozen.
Chop tomatoes and onions, add chopped parsley and ready beans and corn.
Season the salad with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice.
