Salad with green peas and mozzarella is prepared in a few minutes from what was found in the refrigerator. This is a great variation on the theme of basic vegetable salads for a holiday or for every day. I advise you to take fresh or frozen peas.
Ingredients
- Green peas - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Basil - 4 leaf
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
If you have frozen peas, pour boiling water over them for 1-2 minutes.
Cut the cucumbers into circles, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Add the whole mozzarella in balls to the salad, and cut the large one too.
Mix the ingredients, season the salad with olive oil and herbs and garnish with basil.
