Ingredients
- Carrots - 300 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
- Raisins - handful
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carrots and grate them on a special grater.
Add lemon juice, ground pepper, salt and garlic passed through the press. Stir and remove to the side.
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Cut the canned pineapple into small cubes.
Mix carrot stock, raisins, pineapple and mayonnaise. If desired, you can add dried nuts or seeds.
