Sometimes I arrange fasting days and switch to the lightest dishes. Among others, I definitely cook a seaweed salad. It is especially easy to get from a canned product. You can buy it at any large store.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage (canned) – 350 g
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the seaweed in a colander and rinse.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the cabbage. If you are satisfied with its length, you can skip this step.
Mix cabbage with salt, ground pepper, sesame oil and vinegar.
Mix and place on a plate. You can add green onions or sesame seeds on top.
