This stunning French salad will decorate any table. Despite the large number of ingredients, its preparation is definitely not difficult. Carefully study the procedure, prepare the ingredients and you will succeed!
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Red Fish (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled soft-boiled) – 4 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Cucumbers (medium) – 3 pieces
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Olives (without pits) – 100 g
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Greenery - 50 g
- Water (filtered) – 1,5 l
For dressing:
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil string beans in salted water for 4 minutes.
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, fish, potatoes and beans.
Peel the eggs from the shell and cut into quarters.
Mix greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, fish, olives, capers and string beans.
Separately mix olive oil, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, honey and garlic passed through a press.
Add ground pepper, salt to the mixture and mix everything well again.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad. Place the chopped eggs on top.
