Shrimp and avocado – a combination that has long been a new classic. But even it can be beaten in salads in different ways. For example, add corn, herbs and other vegetables. Sharing my favorite option!
Ingredients
- Shrimp - 300 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Corn - 1 bank
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the shrimp and fry them on both sides. Season to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut the avocado into cubes, and cut the cherry into slices.
Add corn and chopped greens, and mix.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
