Ingredients
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 100 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – half a bank
- Lettuce - half-pack
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Tear the salad leaves into small pieces with your hands.
Cut tomatoes, peeled eggs and onions into rings.
Grate the cheese, mix with chopped garlic and mayonnaise.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and lightly fry in a dry frying pan.
Lay out layers of lettuce leaves, tomatoes, peas, eggs and onions. After each layer, add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Lay out a layer of cheese with mayonnaise, flatten and add pieces of bacon. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
