It seems to me that beans can be mixed with almost any ingredients. Whatever combinations I've tried, it always turns out incredibly delicious. Today I am sharing with you one of my recent finds — a simple and satisfying recipe.
Ingredients
- Cabbage (white) – 200 g
- Red Beans (canned) – 1 bank
- Corn (canned) – half a bank
- Bell pepper (large) – 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
Add salt and mash lightly with your hands
Wash the beans and corn under running water.
Peel and slice the bell pepper.
Mix cabbage, beans, corn and bell pepper.
Add ground pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise and mix.
