Salad &171;Pomegranate bracelet&187; with smoked chicken and nuts
The list of my favorite holiday salads begins with the "Pomegranate Bracelet". I cook it from different products, laying out layers and decorating with pomegranate seeds. My family loves the smoked chicken and walnuts option the most.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 250 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Walnuts - handful
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Garnet - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the smoked chicken into small pieces.
Peel beets, potatoes and carrots, grate on a coarse grater.
Dry the nuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.
Carefully cut the pomegranate into four parts and disassemble into grains.
Place a glass in the center of a wide plate. This will give the salad a ring shape.
Lay out a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Next, put the chicken mixed with nuts and carrots. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Evenly distribute the beets, adjusting the shape of the salad. Brush with mayonnaise on all sides.
Decorate with pomegranate seeds, spreading them thickly over the entire surface. Carefully remove the glass and put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
