Even children who are difficult to persuade to eat vegetables will be delighted with carrot and apple puree soup. Depending on the spices you use, this dish can be turned into almost a dessert. I advise you to serve it with any soft cheese to taste.
Ingredients
- Carrots - 4 pieces
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Vegetable broth - 300 ml
- Cream - 200 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the carrots and apples, and simmer in oil until soft.
Pour in the broth, boil for a couple of minutes and chop everything with a blender.
Pour the hot cream to the desired consistency, season and stir the soup.
