Ingredients
- Red Lentils - 1 glass
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Vermicelli - 0,5 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the lentils, put them in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat until it is completely boiled.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater, add them to the onion in the pan. Continue frying for another 5-7 minutes.
Add the roast and vermicelli to the pan with the lentils. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
