Fill the beans with water overnight and put them to boil the next day.

Cut the beetroot into strips and fry for 5 minutes with chopped garlic and spices.

Add grated carrots and chopped onions, and after a couple of minutes chopped tomatoes and pepper.

Simmer vegetables for 5-7 minutes, add tomato paste and lemon juice, and mix.

When the beans are cooked, add vegetables to it, and after 2-3 minutes chopped cabbage.
