Rinse the peas thoroughly and soak them in cold water for 2 hours.
Put the peas in a colander, rinse again and pour into a saucepan with boiling broth. Cook for 1 hour on low heat.
Chop the parsley, peeled onions, potatoes and garlic cloves.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Pour the roast and potatoes into a saucepan with peas. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add salt before turning it off. Infuse the finished soup before serving for 15-20 minutes.
Slice the bread. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the bread cubes and garlic. Fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve the ready-made pea soup, adding crackers and herbs to the plate.
