Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put beef, pork, peeled carrots, one onion and spices in a saucepan, pour water and boil for at least an hour in the "Soup" mode.

Discard the vegetables and finely chop the meat.

Cut all the other ingredients into cubes.

Fry the smoked meat with onions until golden, add tomato paste and cucumbers, and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Send the roast and the rest of the ingredients to the hodgepodge, return the meat to the same place and boil for 5-10 minutes in the same mode.
