Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 300 g
- Salad mix - 300 g
- Crackers - 100 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Sauce (Caesar or cheese) – 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into strips and grate the parmesan on a fine grater.
Mix the greens with chicken and crackers, season and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Serve the salad with Caesar sauce or cheese sauce.
