In the season of new potatoes, be sure to try to cook this salad. It is hearty, delicious and healthy. Natural yogurt with fragrant dill perfectly copes with the role of dressing. Be sure to serve a couple of lemon slices to the salad.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (steaks) – 300 g
- Young potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Greenery - 50 g
- Dill - a couple of twigs
- Greek yogurt - 4 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Place the red fish in a saucepan with cold water.
Add salt, bay leaf and cook for 15 minutes.
Cool the fish, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop potatoes, herbs and dill.
Mix fish, potatoes, herbs, salt and ground pepper.
Add yogurt, sprinkle with dill and mix.
