An interesting feature of this salad with beans is that the pepper for it needs to be baked first. In addition, there are a couple of subtleties with slicing ingredients, which I will tell you about later in the recipe. The result is definitely worth the effort!
Ingredients
- Red Beans - 1 glass
- Beans - 1 glass
- Celery - 1 stem
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak both types of beans overnight and boil until tender.
Bake the pepper in foil until light scorch marks appear.
Chop the pepper, chili, celery, garlic, green onions and herbs as small as possible.
Mix the salad and season with olive oil.
