Ingredients
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 twig
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Throw squid carcasses into boiling water, boil for 1.5-2 minutes, catch and cool on a plate.
Cut the squid into rings, tomatoes in half, cheese cubes.
Put the salad mix in a colander and rinse under running water.
In a wide bowl, mix the salad mix, squid, cheese and tomatoes.
Add salt, olive oil, lemon juice and mix.
Put the salad on a nice plate and sprinkle with ground pepper.
