Zucchini for this salad is best grilled or in a non-stick frying pan to minimize the amount of oil. And this is the longest process! It will take only a couple of minutes to prepare arugula, ham and other ingredients.
Ingredients
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Ham - 200 g
- Mozzarella - 160 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into circles and fry for a couple of minutes on each side.
Cut the ham into strips and the cherry in half.
Add arugula and mozzarella, season the salad to taste and drizzle with oil.
