Do you want to surprise your family with a delicious and unusual dish? Cook tomato soup with semolina dumplings! It's so original and appetizing that you'll probably want to cook it often. Chicken broth is used according to the recipe, but pork or beef broth is also suitable.

- Chicken broth - 2 l
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Tomato juice - 150 ml
- Butter - 40 g
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Semolina - 4 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it. Grate the carrots.
Heat butter in a frying pan, add onions, carrots and fry until golden brown.
Add tomato juice, allspice and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
In a separate bowl, mix semolina, egg, salt and ground black pepper.
Pour in warm water, mix until smooth and leave for 10 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Boil the chicken broth, add the tomato roast and boil for 3 minutes.
With a dessert spoon, type the dough and lower it into a saucepan with boiling soup. Boil everything together for 7 minutes.
Add salt, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and turn off. Infuse the finished soup for 10 minutes under the lid.
