If you like quick and simple soups on broth, but you are tired of vermicelli with rice for a long time – this option is for you. The recipe with peas requires a little more time to get it soaked and boiled. But the result is definitely worth it!

Soak the peas for an hour, rinse and pour into a saucepan.

Add the chicken, the whole onion and carrot, and all the spices for the broth.

Cook for an hour on low heat. After 40 minutes, take out the vegetables and lavrushka.
