Surprise your guests with an exquisite salad. In preparation, most of the time is spent processing asparagus. But, having mastered this technique, you can easily cook an appetizing delicacy for other dishes. So, let's get down to business soon!

Ingredients

  • Red Fish (low salt) – 100 g
  • Asparagus - 200 g
  • Greenery (any) – 100 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Vegetable oil - 3 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water (filtered) – 1.5 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the red fish into thin slices.

Tear the greens into pieces with your hands.

Wash the asparagus, cut off the hard edges.

Boil the asparagus in salted water for 5 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Lay out the asparagus and fry for 1.5-2 minutes.

Cut the finished asparagus into small pieces.

Mix greens, red fish and asparagus.

Add salt, ground pepper, lemon juice and remaining oil.
