The festive menu must be varied. Take into account the preferences of the guests and the nature of the celebration. The most versatile, in my opinion, are salads. I offer you another interesting recipe.
Ingredients
- Beef - 250 g
- Grapes (large) – 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 120 g
- Lettuce - 4 leaf
- Champignons - 150 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, cut into medium-sized pieces and boil in salted water until tender.
Cool the meat and cut into small cubes.
Peel the bell pepper from the stalk and seeds, chop.
Cut the cheese into small cubes, the grapes in half.
Chop the champignons and fry in butter until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix beef, grapes, cheese, bell pepper and fried mushrooms. Leave some grapes for decoration.
Add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise. Gently mix the salad so as not to mash the soft grapes.
Place the salad leaves beautifully on the bottom of the plate.
Lay out the salad with a slide, decorate the top with halves of grapes.
