I really like unusual combinations of flavors. They allow you to experience the ingredients in a different way, discover new dishes and enrich yourself gastronomically. For such purposes, a Peking cabbage salad with orange and pumpkin seeds is perfect.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 350 g
- Orange (large) – 1 piece
- Pumpkin seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage and dry it with paper towels.
Divide the cabbage into leaves and slice.
Scald the orange with boiling water, peel, white films and cut into small slices.
Dry the pumpkin seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Cut the green onion into small pieces.
In a wide bowl, mix cabbage, orange, green onion, seeds, salt and olive oil.
