Simple but very tasty salad. For cooking, you will need fresh carrots, because with a boiled vegetable, the dish turns out not juicy enough. Spread the salad in transparent glasses or glasses, but you can serve it on a large platter.
Ingredients
- Prunes (without a bone) – 100 g
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the prunes with boiling water, dry them with a paper towel and cut them.
Grate cheese and peeled carrots on a fine grater.
Mix carrots with salt and lemon juice.
Smear the bottom of the prepared dishes with mayonnaise.
Lay out half of the cheese, add mayonnaise.
The next layers are carrots, prunes and the remaining cheese.
Sprinkle with herbs and put them in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
