- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 pod

- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the hot pepper from the seeds and finely chop.
Slice cucumbers as you like.
Mix cucumbers, red pepper, sugar and salt.
Pour in the vinegar, oil and soy sauce. Stir and put away for 1.5 hours in the refrigerator.
