I love unusual salads, so I always try new recipes and experiment. In the process of another culinary search, I came across this dish. It turns out delicious, satisfying and very original. You should definitely try it!

Ingredients

For Salad:
  • Red Fish (boiled) – 300 g
  • Zucchini (young) – 1 piece
  • Potatoes (boiled in uniforms) – 200 g
  • Spinach (baby) – 150 g
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
For dressing:

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the boiled potatoes and lightly brown them in a frying pan.

Zucchini cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the red fish into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Beat olive oil, mustard, orange juice and honey with a mixer for 1.5-2 minutes. The mass should thicken slightly.

Mix spinach, fish, zucchini and potatoes.

Season with salt, pepper and pour over the prepared dressing.
