Out of dozens of quick everyday salads, this one is my family's favorite. That's why I cook it every time I have Peking cabbage at home. And don't be afraid to experiment with a set of vegetables and herbs to reveal the same tastes in different ways.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the pekin and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Cut the cherry into slices, chop the onion and herbs.
Cut the apples into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix the ingredients, season the salad and pour olive oil over it.
