Ingredients
- Sea cabbage - 200 g
- Squid - 250 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into salted boiling water and boil for 4 minutes.
Put the squid on a plate, cool and slice.
Peel the eggs from the shell and chop.
Mix seaweed, eggs and squid.
Add ground pepper and salt.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently.
