Wash pork, chicken, cut into small pieces and put in a saucepan.
Add black pepper peas, washed pearl barley, water and cook for 40 minutes after boiling.
Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, peeled potatoes and onions. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Put the roast in a saucepan, add cucumbers and potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.
Add salt, remove from heat and cover for 10 minutes with a lid.
When serving, add fresh parsley to the plate.
