There are only two main ingredients in this pea soup – the peas themselves and sweet fresh carrots. To make it even more fragrant and nutritious, I suggest cooking it on smoked meats. And for convenience, we will use a slow cooker.

- Peas - 200 g
- Smoked meat - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 4 pieces
- Water - 1.5 l
- Greenery - 0.5 bundles
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight in advance.
Finely chop the carrots and smoked meats, put them in a bowl.
Add the peas, fill everything with water and cook in soup mode for about an hour.
10 minutes before the end, add spices, chopped herbs and crushed garlic.
