Ingredients
- Mushrooms (pickled, different) – 400 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Onion - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the carrots until soft and cut into slices.
Thinly slice the regular onion and chop the green.
Add the pickled mushrooms, mix the salad and season with oil as desired.
