I advise lovers of spicy cuisine to prepare this meat Asian salad. Sprouted mash, sesame seeds and fresh vegetables make an appetizing dish also very useful. Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.
Ingredients
- Iceberg lettuce - 200 g
- Pork - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Carrots - half
- Sprouted mash - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel and cut into strips.
Add soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper, squeeze garlic through a press. Stir and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat half the olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the meat and fry over high heat until tender.
Rinse the salad, shake off excess water and tear it into pieces with your hands.
Grate carrots, cut cucumbers into short cubes.
Cut green onions into thin long strips.
In a wide bowl, mix lettuce, cucumber, carrots, masha sprouts, salt and the remaining olive oil.
Put the salad on a plate, add pork, green onions and sesame seeds on top.
