- Peking cabbage - 300 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the beef, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Add soy sauce, stir and cover with cling film for 30 minutes.
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and peel off the upper leaves.
Cut the head in half and chop it.
Chop cucumbers and hot red pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the beef until tender.
In a deep bowl, mix the cabbage with salt and lemon juice.
Add cucumber, red pepper, olive oil and mix.
Put the pieces of beef on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
