Ingredients
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Fig (boiled) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the squid in boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put it on a plate.
Cucumbers, cooled squid and peeled eggs cut into cubes.
Mix everything, add rice, salt and mayonnaise.
Gently mix the salad and put it on a nice plate. Optionally, you can decorate with herbs or boiled eggs.
