I am in a hurry to share with you an excellent salad recipe with funchosa. He helped me out more than once when I had to quickly prepare a delicious and satisfying dish. It is prepared in a few minutes. If there is time, the vegetables can be lightly fried in vegetable oil.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- String beans - 100 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Rice vinegar - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover with a lid for 5-7 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse with cold water.
Chop carrots, string beans and peeled bell pepper.
Boil the string beans for 4 minutes in salted water.
Flip into a colander, cool and mix with lemon juice.
Mix the funchosa, bell pepper, carrot and string beans.
Separately mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, spices and salt.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
