- Carrots (juicy) – 1 piece
- Celery root - 150 g

- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate carrots and celery root on a special grater.
Chop the seaweed with kitchen scissors.
Mix the seaweed, carrots, celery root and garlic passed through the press.
Add lemon zest, ground pepper and salt.
Pour in lemon juice, vegetable oil and mix.
