Wash the beef steak, dry thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.

Fry the beef in vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Place the meat on a wooden board and slice.

Peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Tear salad leaves and arugula into pieces with your hands.

Cut cherry tomatoes in half or quarters.

Mix beef, lettuce leaves, arugula, tomatoes and fried onions.

Add salt and ground pepper to taste.

Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, herbs of Provence and garlic passed through the press, beat with a blender for 30 seconds.

Put the salad on a plate, pour soy sauce and prepared dressing.
