Ingredients
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Octopus - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and cool.
Boil the octopus in salted water for 8 minutes and put it on a plate to cool.
Chop the octopus, squid and peeled bell pepper.
Mix everything, add olives, salt, lemon juice and oil.
