Often such salads are prepared with garlic. Of course, it gives the dish an appetizing flavor, but it is not always appropriate. I offer my own version of a delicious dish. For cooking, use Bulgarian pepper of different colors.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 3 pieces
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bell pepper and cut into small cubes.
Chop the greens and peeled onion.
Sprinkle the onion with lemon juice and set aside for 7-10 minutes.
Mix Korean carrots, bell peppers, pickled onions and herbs.
Add sesame seeds, salt, ground ginger, vegetable oil and mix well. The salad should stand in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
