This unusual salad will appeal to lovers of snacks with pork ears. Choose ready–made smoked ones - you don't need to mess with them for a long time and they have a very interesting taste. Serve the appetizer separately or with other dishes.
Ingredients
- Pig ears (smoked) – 200 g
- Cabbage - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Carrots - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a Korean grater and cut the pepper into strips or rings.
Mix chili and garlic.
Add the ears cut into strips, mix the salad and sprinkle with sesame oil.
