Ingredients
- Sea cabbage - 250 g
- Onion - half
- Cranberries - 3 tbsp.l.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 art.l.
- Wasabi sauce - 1 tsp.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion and mix it with wine vinegar.
Dry sesame seeds in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Mix the seaweed, onion, sesame and cranberries.
Add salt, wasabi sauce, vegetable oil and mix.
