I love salads with chicken! They are satisfying, but they are easily digested. Serve this dish for the second and you will not need a side dish. For this recipe, the meat is pre-fried in a whole piece. This way it will turn out juicy and soft.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Red cabbage - 300 g
- Iceberg lettuce - halfpuchka
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Hops-suneli - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet and dry it thoroughly with a paper towel.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the fillets for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. The meat should be thoroughly browned.
Add suneli hops, salt and turn off the heat after 1 minute.
Chop the cabbage, tomatoes, peeled onion and slightly cooled fillet.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces.
Mix everything, add ground pepper, salt, olive oil and mix.
