Great hearty salad for every day! The recipe is very easy to diversify with different types of mushrooms. In my opinion, Peking cabbage is best combined with champignons or chanterelles. And to make the dish even more interesting, add homemade crackers.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Baguette - 4 slices
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Sauce (Caesar) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry in a spoonful of oil until the moisture evaporates.
In the remaining oil, fry the baguette slices until browned, rub them with garlic and chop.
Chop the pekin and purple onion, thinly slice the cheese.
Mix the salad and season with Caesar sauce or another favorite.
