Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the squid, mushrooms, peeled eggs, avocado and onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the mushrooms and fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix avocado, squid, eggs, onion and fried mushrooms.
Season with salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
