Olivier with lightly salted salmon – sounds a little strange and unusual. And it tastes like a completely different salad. And it looks different. But the basic subtleties of cooking remain the same – a minimum of effort with an impeccable result.
Ingredients
- New potatoes - 400 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 300 g
- Fish caviar (shallow) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green peas - 200 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 100 g
- Dill - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the new potatoes and eggs until tender.
Let them cool and cut into cubes. Similarly, slice salmon, avocado and cucumbers.
Add green peas to the salad.
Gently mix mayonnaise, chopped dill and small caviar, and season with olivier.
