Ingredients
- Watermelon (pulp) – 300 g
- Prosciutto - 100 g
- Arugula - bundle
- Nuts (cedar) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Sea salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the watermelon into small cubes. If there are seeds, remove them.
Wash the arugula, shake it off and lightly dry it with a paper towel.
Mix arugula, watermelon, prosciutto and pine nuts.
Add salt, ground black pepper, olive oil and mix gently.
