- String beans - 200 g
- Arugula - 140 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 180 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Canned fish - 1 bank
- Anchovies - 1 bank
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the string beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and let cool.
Separately boil and coarsely chop the eggs.
Chop the tomatoes, chop the arugula and add the olives to the salad.
Lay out canned fish and anchovies, and pour olive oil over the salad.
